We have an urgent requirement for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead our client’s esteemed team in the development of an ambitious 800MW, 213-meter high CFRD project in South Asia.
The candidate placed in this position will be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the project’s construction and management phases.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the project team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering; additional qualifications in Project Management/Construction Management or related disciplines preferred.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 30 years’ overall experience and at least 20 years dedicated to large hydropower projects.
- Proven track record of at least 15 years in leadership roles, specifically in dams/hydropower projects.
- Strong technical expertise coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and effectively manage diverse teams.
