We are currently looking for a Real Estate Investment and Feasibility Analyst various levels who have experience of the intricacies of real estate finance!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new and existing master plans.
- Support decision-making with comprehensive research and benchmarking analysis.
- Evaluate land sale transactions and commercial proposals.
- Develop and maintain complex feasibility models for real estate projects.
- Prepare loan and financial gearing scenarios for optimal capital structures.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports and studies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree Essential.
- Min CFA Level 3 certified.
- In-depth understanding of GCC real estate industry and economic trends.
- Proficient in regulatory frameworks within the relevant GCC Locations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, valuation, and real estate.
- Expertise in cash flow modelling, profit and loss analysis, and balance sheet interpretation.
- Strong IT skills with a preference for programming background.
