Regional Managing Director
Ed moved to the Middle East in 2004 and founded Menasa & Partners in 2010 where he noticed the distinct need for a professional global Executive Search and senior level Recruitment Consultancy/Advisory practise. After the “Global Financial Crisis” the world moved away from a volume employment market to more of a specialised bespoke arena that relied on experienced Search Consultants that know their industries inside out to really add value to the talent acquisition process.
Ed has 20+ years’ global Executive Search & Recruitment experience covering the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean and has delivered many global talent acquisition strategies as well as senior level mandates for Executive Search assignments on behalf of clients across a wide range of industries.
Ed is a hands-on business owner and splits his time between working on key Executive Search assignments and running the business globally. Although Ed is based in Dubai, he will often travel between the offices to ensure the smooth operational running of each location.
Operations Director - MENA
Grainne is an accomplished Director of our MENA Search & Recruitment business with 15+ years’ local and International experience. Grainne is responsible for the operations of the entire Dubai office; working closely with her senior management team she is responsible for delivering Executive Search and Recruitment solutions to our clients across various industry sectors in the MENA region.
Grainne is an expert in senior level Executive Search and Recruitment, focusing within the Property and Buildings sector where she has carried out a large number of successful mandates on behalf of various clients using a broad range of search methodology.
She has superior communication skills and an enviable portfolio of clients who trust her services implicitly and this transcends into her management style with her team who benefit from being given both the freedom but also calm direction under her mentorship.
Business Development Director MENA
Veema Modely is our Business Development Director for the MENA markets and she is also responsible for developing and managing the supply of senior level staff who wish to return back to or work in the UK/Europe.
Further responsibility includes leading the Construction team for the MENA region working with Main Contractors and Sub Contractors across the Building & Civil Engineering markets as well as running the Rail team and looking after QS & Commercial positions.
Based within our Dubai hub, she has over 15 years’ Executive Search and Recruitment experience, 9 of which have been gained in the Middle East working across the GCC markets with a particular focus on the Commercial, Construction and Property markets.
Veema has extensive knowledge of diverse sectors and has been a key member of the Menasa & Partners Management team where she has helped develop new sectors whilst ensuring our current clients receive continuous high levels of service.
Her ability to partner with clients and develop major accounts (including RPO) is second to none and she has a no-nonsense common sense business approach in order to “get the job done”.
Executive Consultant - Architecture & Interiors
Christopher’s main focus is Senior level Landscape Architecture, Urban Design Planning & Masterplanning, Interior design & Fit-Out roles in the region, having obtained a broad client base spanning specialist architectural consultancies to multidisciplinary engineering providers and Property Developers in the Middle East.
Christopher has been with Menasa for 2 years and has developed an expert knowledge of the entire recruitment process which has allowed him to fill multiple senior level key roles for his clients.
A friendly approach with clients and candidates alike enables him to build long lasting relationships in this rapidly growing sector.
Senior Consultant - Infrastructure and International Development
James is a Business Studies graduate and has been with Menasa & Partners for 4 years. James works on the Infrastructure desk recruiting Mid to Senior level professionals throughout the Middle East for both design and construction positions in Infrastructure (Roads/Highways, Geotechnical, Tunnelling), Bridges, Traffic & Transportation, Environmental, Water/Wastewater (Utilities, WWTPs, STPs, Desalination) Waste Management.
James also operates within the International Development sphere focusing on placing senior level Water, Highways/Transportation and Infrastructure candidates on donor funded projects (WB, EU, ABD, AFDB, IBRD etc) in geographical markets in Sub Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe, CIS and Southern Asia.
Executive Consultant - IT & Technology
Tom fulfils our client’s requirements across the Technology industry, covering roles within AI, Big Data, Cyber-Security, Digital, E-Commerce, FinTech and IT.
A versatile consultant, with a strong technical grounding, he is able to identify the needs of our client-base and deliver in a timely and accurate fashion. Working with Digital Service providers, Big Name Brands, Blue Chip Organisations, Consultants, Financial institutions and Family Offices, he is able to cater for the exacting needs of a wide range of clientele.
Researcher & Trainee Consultant - Buildings & MEP
Lewis works closely alongside Grainne Ryder our Operations Director and assists the MEP & Buildings team on various Search and Recruitment assignments.
Lewis is a British National who has recently moved to Dubai from the UK where he worked in Technology Sales.
He is a proactive & tenacious individual who offers candidates a genuine and transparent vision of the roles he is researching for which is invaluable during the recruitment process.
Researcher & Trainee Consultant - Property Developers & Construction
Elise is an Executive Researcher & Trainee Recruiter with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and first-hand experience working in a construction environment in the Middle East. Accustomed to meeting targets with strict deadlines, Elise works closely with candidates in the Property & Construction sectors to match them with their next role.
Working alongside our Business Development Director Veema she helps with many TA campaigns and is always very active in the search for the best talent. Elise also helps to oversee the Menasa Marketing strategy, working to grow Menasa’s global reach.
Executive Researcher - Buildings & Property
Caoimhe is an Executive Researcher on the Buildings and Property desk working closely with our operations director Grainne Ryder.
Caoimhe is a Business Studies and Human Resources (Honours) graduate from Dublin City University . Caoimhe moved to Dubai from Ireland, where she worked as a HR and Talent Acquisition professional within a market leading international airline. Caoimhe is extremely organized, a great sales person and uses her HR experience to listen to the needs of candidates, understand their requirements and place them in senior to executive level roles with Property & Real Estate, specialist consultancies and multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancies across the MENA region.
Kryzka started work with Menasa shortly after its inception in December 2010 and has been with the company ever since. She has 7+ years’ administrative experience and is responsible for the development and implementation of efficient office systems internally within Menasa & Partners.
She is responsible for the organisational functions and general meeting support – providing key support for different departments in the office such as the IT department, HR department and Finance. Kryzka is also responsible for all of the visa processing of staff within the company and has also worked as a Researcher on various volume accounts which have been secured across the Architecture, Design & FF&E division. Kryzka is also responsible for our Social Media content on such sites as: Twitter; LinkedIn; Instagram & Facebook.
Senior Credit Control & EA
Claire has 9 years’ extensive work experience in administration and accounts. She performs administrative, office and financial support activities in order to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations across Menasa & Partners.
Claire is a self-motivated and technically skilled Accounts Specialist with 9 years in the Recruitment industry and is recognised as a dedicated worker who is driven to meet account receivable targets and contribute to the company’s profitability.
