  • Edward Twaite

    Regional Managing Director

    Ed moved to the Middle East in 2004 and founded Menasa & Partners in 2010 where he noticed the distinct need for a professional global Executive Search and senior level Recruitment Consultancy/Advisory practise. After the “Global Financial Crisis” the world moved away from a volume employment market to more of a specialised bespoke arena that relied on experienced Search Consultants that know their industries inside out to really add value to the talent acquisition process.

    Ed has 20+ years’ global Executive Search & Recruitment experience covering the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean and has delivered many global talent acquisition strategies as well as senior level mandates for Executive Search assignments on behalf of clients across a wide range of industries.

    Ed is a hands-on business owner and splits his time between working on key Executive Search assignments and running the business globally. Although Ed is based in Dubai, he will often travel between the offices to ensure the smooth operational running of each location.

  • Grainne Ryder

    Operations Director - MENA

    Grainne is an accomplished Director of our MENA Search & Recruitment business with 15+ years’ local and International experience. Grainne is responsible for the operations of the entire Dubai office; working closely with her senior management team she is responsible for delivering Executive Search and Recruitment solutions to our clients across various industry sectors in the MENA region.

    Grainne is an expert in senior level Executive Search and Recruitment, focusing within the Property and Buildings sector where she has carried out a large number of successful mandates on behalf of various clients using a broad range of search methodology.

    She has superior communication skills and an enviable portfolio of clients who trust her services implicitly and this transcends into her management style with her team who benefit from being given both the freedom but also calm direction under her mentorship.

  • Veema Modely

    Business Development Director MENA

    Veema Modely is our Business Development Director for the MENA markets and she is also responsible for developing and managing the supply of senior level staff who wish to return back to or work in the UK/Europe.

    Further responsibility includes leading the Construction team for the MENA region working with Main Contractors and Sub Contractors across the Building & Civil Engineering markets as well as running the Rail team and looking after QS & Commercial positions.

    Based within our Dubai hub, she has over 15 years’ Executive Search and Recruitment experience, 9 of which have been gained in the Middle East working across the GCC markets with a particular focus on the Commercial, Construction and Property markets.

    Veema has extensive knowledge of diverse sectors and has been a key member of the Menasa & Partners Management team where she has helped develop new sectors whilst ensuring our current clients receive continuous high levels of service.

    Her ability to partner with clients and develop major accounts (including RPO) is second to none and she has a no-nonsense common sense business approach in order to “get the job done”.

  • Jonathan Rook

    Head of HR Recruitment & Assessment Services

    Jonathan is a qualified Assessor, Coach and User of a wide range of psychometric tools for use in assessment and development contexts.

    Jonathan has over 18 years’ of consulting experience, working as a management consultant, in-house HR consultant and psychologist. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, he is experienced working with clients across the talent life-cycle, including psychometrics, assessment centres, leadership and executive development, competency frameworks, talent analytics, training and coaching. 

    He has extensive experience of Assessment Centre delivery, with a focus on senior leadership assessment and development. Jonathan is a qualified test user and trainer on a wide range of psychometric tools. He has worked with clients across the public and private sectors, including:Central Government, Defence, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Retail, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. He also has international experience of projects in Europe, India, Asia and across various countries in the Middle East, most recently in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. 

    Full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society. He  also holds a Certificate in Coaching with the Centre for Coaching, UK, and is a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP), as well as being a registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council, UK.

  • Hannah Tugman

    Senior Consultant - IT & Technology

    Hannah is a seasoned Senior Consultant with a focus on IT and Technology. 

    With a 7-year tenure in agency recruitment in the UK, she has effectively handled both contract and permanent requirements across various facets of IT and Technology. 

    Hannah has extensive experience in being able cultivate strong relationships, a vital attribute in her line of work. She consistently delivers a smooth and efficient service to her clients, accompanied by up-to-date industry insights and market knowledge to educate, inform and consult her clients on best practices within the ever-evolving technology sector. 

    Her recent move to Dubai reflects her goal to expand Menasa & Partners’ footprint in the realm of Digital Transformation recruitment across the UAE and KSA.

    Senior Consultant – Environmental Services

    Steven is a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant who focuses on Environmental Services in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Steven has firsthand onsite and project lifecycle experience. Since entering the recruitment field in 2017, Steven has achieved great success in both agency and client-side positions. His global expertise and knowledge greatly benefit candidates and clients. Steven takes great pride in his ability to connect talented individuals with the necessary expertise, ultimately contributing to a better future for our planet and its inhabitants.

    Executive Consultant

    Luke is an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Menasa & Partners in Dubai, specialising in the Power, Renewables and Environmental sectors.

    He originally studied in the fitness industry but fell into sales shortly after college and has never looked back. Luke loves to keep himself accountable and is his own biggest critic. With over 5 years of automotive sales experience in his previous role back in Ireland, he has a proven track record of hitting his KPIs and targets.

    Luke is a motivated professional and always strives to deliver a great service to both clients and candidates.

    Sarah is a highly committed Executive Consultant specialising in Interior Design and Fit Out across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Sarah has an in-depth understanding of the Interior Design and Fit Out in the MENA region, including the latest industry trends and dynamics.     Simone is a Lead Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners, working closely alongside our Operations Director.

    She assists the Property & Buildings teams on various recruitment drives, providing them with experienced talent from across the globe.

    She began her career in finance as a loan specialist, before moving to Dubai in 2011 to join the world’s largest international airline. In her previous role, Simone worked alongside 160+ nationalities to deliver the best products and services across a huge global customer base. Simone also has experience in financial sales and property management.

    Simone is a charismatic individual with great interpersonal skills. She is well rounded and her diverse experience has made her knowledgeable in multiple fields.

  • Myra Mangubat

    Senior Executive Researcher

    Myra is a strongly dedicated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment within the Built Environment.

    She has 10+ years’ experience in the UAE and has provided resourcing/recruitment support for various projects including Aviation, Buildings (High Rise, Commercial, and Residential), Cultural/Sports Facilities, Education, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Infrastructure, Mixed-use, Oil & Gas, Retail, Transport, Water, and Facilities Management.

    With an eye for detail, Myra is ideally placed to assist with our ‘hard to fill’ roles presented by clients in the region.

    Rebecca is an Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners and works alongside our Operations Director within the Building Sector. She has relocated from London to Dubai to further her career on a global level.

    Prior to joining Menasa & Partners, Rebecca gained her Law with Psychology Degree and worked as a Legal Professional within the property sector. This brings a unique perspective to her role as an Executive Researcher.

    With a deep understanding of the property market, legal complexities and human behaviour, Rebecca has a keen eye for detail, the ability to assess suitability and potential for success within leading organisations.

    Josh is an Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners working closely alongside our Regional Managing Director. Josh focuses on the Civil Engineering and the Infrastructure sector across the Middle East for various recruitment drives, providing leading global companies with experienced talent from across the globe.

    Josh graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2021 with a Sport and Exercise Science Degree and since then has developed professionally in a range of client services and customer management roles including business development for the world’s largest Independent Financial Advisory when he moved to Dubai in July of 2022.

    Josh is a curious and driven individual with great interpersonal skills. He is well rounded and his broad experience and knowledge has given him strength in multiple fields.

    Louis is an Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partner in Dubai, working closely alongside Veema, our Business Development Director, as well as Edward, our Regional Managing Director.

    Originally graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management + Entrepreneurship in Dublin, Ireland, Louis is constantly striving to use his initiative to develop relationships with experienced candidates looking for their next position.

    Prior to moving to Menasa & Partners, Louis has experience in Sales, Management and Recruitment positions back in Ireland and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in Dubai.

    Executive Researcher

    Tanzim is a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry who recently joined as an Executive Researcher and working closely with the Managing Director. With a comprehensive background spanning six years in recruitment, he brings a wealth of experience, with the last four years exclusively dedicated to engineering recruitment.

    His academic journey laid a strong foundation for his career success as he holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management. Throughout his career, he has sharpened his expertise in engineering recruitment, specialising in the Transportation, Power, Water, and Hydropower sectors. His four years of dedicated focus on engineering recruitment have endowed him with a deep understanding of the industry’s trends, and requirements. This knowledge enables him to identify and match the right talent with the specific needs of clients.

    His commitment to excellence, coupled with his readiness to tackle challenges, positions him as a proactive and results-driven individual.     Head of Administration & Finance

    Claire has a strong exposure in local and international Recruitment Industry for more than 14 years with extensive work experience in administration and accounts. She is a hands-on and participative manager organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities, internal financial operation, human resources, IT, and other issues about work relations that facilitate the smooth running of the office and to ensure the effective and efficient financial and administrative operations across Menasa & Partners.

    Claire is a self-motivated and technically skilled Accounts Specialist in the recruitment industry and is recognized as a dedicated worker who is driven to meet account receivable targets and contribute to the company’s profitability. She is also well-known to be a reliable resource person from resolving Admin, HR, Finance related issues.

    In every Administration/Finance role she have held, she have demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of admin quality, employee care, and regulatory compliance.

  • Zoe Uzun

    Administration Support

    Zoe provides administrative support to our Dubai and Singapore teams.  Zoe has 10+ years’ experience across multiple industries including local government, legal and tourism and has a strong background in administration, accounting and customer services.

    Zoe is meticulous and detailed in her approach with impeccable written and verbal communication skills. She is extremely hardworking, accommodating and a dedicated member of the Menasa & Partners team.
