Regional Managing Director
Ed moved to the Middle East in 2004 and founded Menasa & Partners in 2010 where he noticed the distinct need for a professional global Executive Search and senior level Recruitment Consultancy/Advisory practise. After the “Global Financial Crisis” the world moved away from a volume employment market to more of a specialised bespoke arena that relied on experienced Search Consultants that know their industries inside out to really add value to the talent acquisition process.
Ed has 20+ years’ global Executive Search & Recruitment experience covering the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean and has delivered many global talent acquisition strategies as well as senior level mandates for Executive Search assignments on behalf of clients across a wide range of industries.
Ed is a hands-on business owner and splits his time between working on key Executive Search assignments and running the business globally. Although Ed is based in Dubai, he will often travel between the offices to ensure the smooth operational running of each location.
Operations Director - MENA
Grainne is an accomplished Director of our MENA Search & Recruitment business with 15+ years’ local and International experience. Grainne is responsible for the operations of the entire Dubai office; working closely with her senior management team she is responsible for delivering Executive Search and Recruitment solutions to our clients across various industry sectors in the MENA region.
Grainne is an expert in senior level Executive Search and Recruitment, focusing within the Property and Buildings sector where she has carried out a large number of successful mandates on behalf of various clients using a broad range of search methodology.
She has superior communication skills and an enviable portfolio of clients who trust her services implicitly and this transcends into her management style with her team who benefit from being given both the freedom but also calm direction under her mentorship.
Business Development Director MENA
Veema Modely is our Business Development Director for the MENA markets and she is also responsible for developing and managing the supply of senior level staff who wish to return back to or work in the UK/Europe.
Further responsibility includes leading the Construction team for the MENA region working with Main Contractors and Sub Contractors across the Building & Civil Engineering markets as well as running the Rail team and looking after QS & Commercial positions.
Based within our Dubai hub, she has over 15 years’ Executive Search and Recruitment experience, 9 of which have been gained in the Middle East working across the GCC markets with a particular focus on the Commercial, Construction and Property markets.
Veema has extensive knowledge of diverse sectors and has been a key member of the Menasa & Partners Management team where she has helped develop new sectors whilst ensuring our current clients receive continuous high levels of service.
Her ability to partner with clients and develop major accounts (including RPO) is second to none and she has a no-nonsense common sense business approach in order to “get the job done”.
Sarah is an experienced Lead Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners, working closely alongside our Managing Director & Operations Director in Dubai.
She assists the Property & Buildings teams on various Search and Recruitment assignments in addition to managing and training our team of Executive Researchers.
Although she has a degree in Business and Accounting, Sarah’s experience has always been within Construction. She began her career with two internships in London at a leading International Engineering Consultancy, before moving to Bahrain to work in Human Resources for a Main Contractor.
Since moving to Dubai a couple of years ago, Sarah has continued to focus her efforts towards the Construction sector, recruiting for Multidisciplinary Consultancies and Property Developers/Client entities across the GCC.
Her international upbringing and friendly demeanour have allowed her to establish and develop strong relationships with candidates from around the globe. She has quickly proven herself to be highly effective in candidate generation and meeting clients’ requirements.
Megan is an Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners, working closely alongside our Business Development Director.
She assists with the Commercial, Construction and Rail/Transportation industries with various recruitment drives, providing them with experienced talent from across the globe.
Megan originally comes from a medical background completing her BSc in Adult Nursing in Scotland, gaining experience and knowledge across various medical departments.
Since moving to Dubai in 2019, Megan has gained recruitment experience within the Finance industry and is now continuing her focus within the commercial and rail sectors, recruiting for Government entities and International Consultancies/PMC’s across the GCC.
Megan is a motivated and excellent team player aspiring to always succeed within the search and recruitment industry.
Robert is an experienced Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners, working closely alongside all of the senior management team.
With some of Menasa & Partners key clients being based in Saudi Arabia as well as here in the UAE, Robert’s focus is on both Saudization and Emirati Recruitment, where he is responsible for delivering Executive Search and Recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates across various industry sectors spanning the GCC markets.
A graduate of Business and Human Resources, Robert started working as an In-house recruiter for one of the UKs largest telecommunication companies, before moving to Dubai in 2015 to join the world’s largest international airline. In this role Robert worked alongside over 160 different nationalities from around the world, to deliver the best products and services across a huge global customer base, where he has travelled to over 80 countries across the globe.
Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills, Robert has over 3 years’ recruitment experience both in Europe and the Middle East Region.
Kavita has experience working primarily in recruitment and sourcing candidates across various markets including Canada and the Middle East. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at UBC in Canada and has recently graduated with her Masters in Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
She began her career in Vancouver, Canada, working for an international recruitment company in the Construction & Property team. Currently she is an Executive Researcher at Menasa & Partners in Dubai, focusing primarily on Infrastructure and Civil Engineering roles across MENA.
Having lived in 3 different countries, Kavita has been able to build relationships with people across various nationalities and enjoys learning about different cultures.
Myra is a strongly dedicated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment within the Built Environment.
She has 10+ years’ experience in the UAE and has provided resourcing/recruitment support for various projects including Aviation, Buildings (High Rise, Commercial, and Residential), Cultural/Sports Facilities, Education, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Infrastructure, Mixed-use, Oil & Gas, Retail, Transport, Water, and Facilities Management.
With an eye for detail, Myra is ideally placed to assist with our ‘hard to fill’ roles presented by clients in the region.
Senior Credit Control & EA
Claire has 9 years’ extensive work experience in administration and accounts. She performs administrative, office and financial support activities in order to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations across Menasa & Partners.
Claire is a self-motivated and technically skilled Accounts Specialist with 9 years in the Recruitment industry and is recognised as a dedicated worker who is driven to meet account receivable targets and contribute to the company’s profitability.
