We are looking for an experienced Tendering and Estimation Director to direct and oversee the financial and operational performance of the Dredging & Marine Business Unit, ensuring early identification of issues, maximising sustainable profitability, strengthening cross-departmental coordination, and leading project execution to achieve timely, cost-effective, and technically accurate delivery
The Role
- Liaise periodically with project managers and cost controllers to guide and review cost-to-go analysis
- Present BCR (Budgeted Cost vs. Revenue) reports to top management on a monthly basis
- Safeguard the quality and accuracy of factual resource data collected in a centralized database (single source of data)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in engineering is an advantage
- Minimum 15 years of related work experience in similar industries, of which at least 09 years in managerial roles
