Are you an Emirati HR professional ready to grow your career on a major utilities project? We’re looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join a leading desalination O&M operation, working alongside one of the UAE’s most reputable JV partners.
Project: Desalination Plant (O&M)
Location: Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi (candidates from surrounding areas preferred)
Package: AED 16,000 – 18,000/month (all-in)
Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred
Nationality: UAE National – Family Book required

- Support HR operations for O&M staff on-site
- Partner with JV stakeholders on people initiatives
