We have an urgent requirement for a highly experienced Proposal Manager to join our client in their Head Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Candidates applying for this role will have a proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals for projects across the Transport/Rail Infrastructure sectors. Experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, co-coordinating proposal governance/sign-off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading the Bids/Proposals coordination and management.
- Experience with a reputed consultancy/engineering firm in GCC in a similar role.
- Ability to prepare presentations, business data records, and analysis sheets.
- Strong written English language skills.
