Myra Mangubat has an urgent requirement for a highly accomplished Head of Department – Rail and Infrastructure – GCC to join a leading multinational engineering and consulting firm in Saudi Arabia. Candidates applying for this role must have a remarkable background in managing and directing major Infrastructure and Rail projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications are advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and directing major Infrastructure and Rail projects, with a particular focus on Civil Engineering.
- Must be currently running a Rail/Infrastructure Division.
- Extensive experience in Rail and Infrastructure projects, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project controls, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrated experience in mobility projects will be considered an asset.
