SAR 25-30k + bonus + schooling
We are seeking a bilingual Arabic and English speaking National to work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia for our client who is a major organisation with over 2000 staff.
The role will include holding the P&L for training budget and developing/creating a Training Academy for the staff. The company is experiencing major growth and is continually getting larger therefore a dynamic individual is required with experience in the GCC region in Training and Organisational Development. Degree and CIPD qualifications with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in such a role.
