Requirements:

• 5+ years’ of proven talent acquisition experience, specialising in recruiting engineers and project managers
• Strong understanding of the GCC job market and a deep grasp of the PMC industry
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills to engage and attract exceptional candidates
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships
