Exciting opportunity as Stadium Asset Management Director to join a top-tier real estate developer based in Saudi Arabia. As Asset Management Director you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of a state-of-the-art stadium asset.
You will be involved in the full life cycle of the project and some key responsibilities include: Involvement in early stages with feasibility and planning, input on design considerations, play a role in financing for the project, monitor project costs and timelines to ensure alignment with financial objectives, involvement in post-development stage and managing ongoing performance of the asset.
To qualify, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years’ of proven experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Asset Management, or related field.
- Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing roles
- Demonstrated experience in real estate operational roles, in particular with stadium projects
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
