The person placed in this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the shared support services including: HR, Talent Acquisition, Administration, Logistics, and IT.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years’ experience in a relevant role plus, a minimum of 3 years in a director-level position
  • Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia (essential)
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field
  • CIPD qualified
  • Fluent in Arabic preferred but not essential
  • Engineering and consulting background
