We have an urgent requirement for a ‘Project Architect’ based in the Dubai. This role will be working for a well-established international architectural practice.
We are looking for someone who has high end hospitality experience as this will be the prime focus, alongside F&B and Retail. This person must have had some but not subject to Concept Design experience as the main focus will be to manage the Schematic/detailed design. You will be required to act as a Lead Design Consultant and oversee the running of each project.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, 5 years in the Middle East
- Previous experience with a reputable design consultancy
- Impeccable communication skills with client-facing experience
- Extensive hospitality experience
