Essential Requirements:
* 15+ years’ investment management with proven $100M+ infrastructure deal track record
* Strategic Planning expertise in feasibility studies and comprehensive business planning
* Capital Markets mastery with hands-on investor relations and fund mobiliSation success
* Regional Experience attracting international capital to Middle East infrastructure projects
* Technical Excellence in project finance, PPP structures, and financial modelling
