This role involves managing an office, leading a team, and driving business growth by developing new client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• 20+ years’ cost management experience
• Chartered with MRICS or equivalent
• Proven track record in managing costs and delivering projects within budget
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
