Exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Director (High Rise) to join a top-tier international PMC in Riyadh, working on a groundbreaking tall tower project. You will provide expertise in high-rise and super high-rise projects, leading this complex development through the design and construction phases with a strong focus on technical excellence, ROI, and early contractor involvement.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A B.Sc./BA in a relevant discipline
  • 20+ years’ experience with a proven capability of leading multiple, complex high-rise projects from design through to completion, in the capacity of PMC or Developer.

The salary on offer is 100-120K SAR per month.
