An exciting opportunity exists within a market leading design consultancy for a Principal Mechanical Engineer, to join their expanding team in KSA.
The company provides innovative and progressive design solutions to clients across the building and property sectors and is keen to hire an experienced Mechanical Engineer who will play an integral part in the design and delivery of complex building services projects across the region.
Reporting to the Associate Director, your broad role will encompass, but not be limited to, design, design review and approval, client liaison, preparation of technical and financial schedules, coordination with different disciplines and leading projects from a technical and financial perspective.
To be considered for this role, you must have a BA/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline, ideally be Chartered, and have 12+ years’ experience of working on complex high-rise, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and healthcare projects. A keen understanding of international design codes and standards as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills and previous client facing experience are essential.
