The person placed in this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the shared support services including: HR, Talent Acquisition, Administration, Logistics, and IT.
Requirements:
- 20+ years’ experience in a relevant role plus, a minimum of 3 years in a director-level position
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia (essential)
- Hold a degree in a relevant field
- CIPD qualified
- Fluent in Arabic preferred but not essential
- Engineering and consulting background
