We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to join our prestigious project management consultancy (PMC) team. This is a remote position, catering specifically to candidates based in Saudi Arabia.
As the Commercial Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of our client’s projects while maximising profitability and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the commercial strategy for our PMC projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective commercial strategies and business plans.
- Manage contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
- Provide guidance and support on commercial risks and opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or similar role within the PMC sector.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and contract management principles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work remotely and independently, while collaborating effectively with project teams.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
