Menasa and Partners has an urgent requirement for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading international engineering organisation specialising within the mobility solutions sector.

The candidate placed in this role will be in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management, business administration, or a related field from a recognised Western University
  • 10+ years’ experience in recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Must have engineering recruitment experience
  • Professional accreditation and membership of industry-leading and internationally recognise institute(s) is a plus; (CIPD)

Candidates currently in Saudi will be given preference.
