We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with an international consultancy based in the UAE where you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition team.  The selected candidate would have to be from an analytical, KPI-driven environment and possess  a minimum of  10 years of recruitment experience. Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and degree educated is a must.


  • Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Familiar with mass recruitment of high caliber professionals
  • Experience with Candidate Tracking softwares
  • Proven Performance history in direct sourcing
  • You must have been a manager for a min of 3 years
