Menasa and Partners have an urgent requirement for a Programme Manager – Transportation in Saudi Arabia. The suitable candidate for this position will have a minimum of 12 years’ programme management experience, with a background in public transportation and with at least 5 years at a senior level function. Drive strategy, prioritise projects/initiatives, align and set stakeholder expectations. This requires clear, precise, and regular communication with all the stakeholders on ongoing project/programme status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business management or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years’ work experience in transportation programme management within the public transport.
• Professional certification in Programme Management (PgMP) is a must.
• Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and programme and project delivery.
• Strong track record of leading complex projects and resource management functions that have a significant organizational impact.
